Inactive Offer will be removed from the list of offer in your store front. It will also hide associated promotion with the exception of Inactive Promotion List

Offer Reservation and Promotion Reservation for Inactive Offer will remain valid until they reach their end of life cycle (e.g. Declined)

The Inactive status will propagate to all promotion automatically. You can however find the promotion in promotion dashboard and mark them active again.

Please note that marking a store offer active again will not mark individual promotion associated with it active again. You can however find the promotion and use enable button to mark them active again.
