The Terms and Conditions described here constitute a legal agreement ("Agreement") among the sole proprietor or business listed as the "Store" or "Merchant" in the service registration page, (the "Store" or "Merchant" on the registration page, sometimes referred to as "you," "your", "user"), 6 Degree Design Workshop Limited (HK). ("Omni-marketplace"), Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), collectively with Omni-Marketplace and Stripe referred to as "we", "our" or "us").

By using Omni-marketplace Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully. We offer a wide range of Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use an Omni-marketplace Service (for example, Shopping Assistant, Store Dashboard, or other Omni-marketplace applications) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements defined in this document ("Service Terms"). If these Conditions of Use are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.

1. In the future, we will use the payment capture approach to optimize the platform and those changes will be implemented without seeking consensus from the merchant. With payment capture, the payment will still happen only if either the merchant or shopper chooses to capture (or confirm) the payment. Before, the payment due will not be debited from the account associated with the payment. Capture can be useful in case like a tailored service has to be implemented before the shipment and the card should not be charged before shipment actually happens and the capture amount can be smaller than the authorized amount. If authorized transaction isn't captured within 7 days, payment authorization will be reversed and you would need to ask the customer to pay again. Stripe won't charge any un-captured charges.
There are some caveats: Occasionally, a bank will show an authorization as an actual charge. As such, using this in cases where the customer doesn’t expect to be charged can be confusing and you might wish to advise the customer before you trigger an un-captured charge.
Our payment service provider is Stripe, by using our payment service, not only do you agree to accept our service terms, you also agree to comply with the service Terms defined by Stripe. Please review the Stripe Service Term Carefully and contact their support if you have questions related to their terms, contact their support directly.
We help to process charge through our payment service provider. We do not accept total charge less than 4 HKD or 4 USD since the net amount that store can receive after payment service charge is negative (where total charged amount is less than the processing fee) or too small (where the fee the merchant can revise is too small).
After payment has been captured, payment made by the cardholder will transfer to your designated bank account after 7 days. This delay might adjust in the future after we update the service terms in advance. We would try our best to keep changes like this to a minimum.
Entry Subscription (a.k.a. Free Trial) provides free access to the platform. All Store accounts will start at entry with subscription by default unless you selected Premium or Premium plus Subscription during initial setup. Entry account has some limitation in terms of support, payment and promotion push frequency. Other than that, it does enjoy almost all the feature of the platform.
After a new release of the platform is deployed, features will also be added for Entry accounts unless we classified them as Premium Plus/Premium subscription only featured. The update feature description documented on our subscription page and service term page should remain the official feature set that entry account will enjoy. Features can decommission from Entry Account without prior notice but we will avoid that as much as we can.
Premium plus Subscription allows access almost all store related features designed for Store subscriber we charged on an on-going basis.
Certain features that we provide as a chargeable add-on in newly released or services which involve third party services (e.g. credit card payment). One example would be Extra Physical Distribution Locations charges which apply to third physical store location (i.e. Additional Store apart from Main and first additional store location).
N.B.: Suitable for Store which have more than one location and would like to enjoy all the benefits our platform can deliver and have access to phone support.
Premium Subscription store account can make use of all features which Entry/Free Trial subscription enjoys but they can also make use of the payment function. Main extra feature which premium can access is the payment function. It also pushes promotion in a more frequent manner and has higher promotion visibility to Shoppers when comparing with Entry Subscription. This subscription plan does not have any additional Store Location Entitlement and adding first additional store location will mean that we will charge an extra fee accordingly (see Additional Store fee section).
N.B.: Suitable for Store which has only one branch and wish to use our payment feature of our platform
After first additional store location fee of 3 USD will be charged (after the free trial period), this will also means that the store will should upgrade to Premium Plus automatically since premium plus already provided the first additional store location for free at a lower starting fee and more benefits.
Free Trial (a.k.a. Entry) subscription will terminate automatically after the validity of the account expires (see Premium Subscription Page in Store Dashboard for more information regarding the updated Free Trial Expiration Period). We can however extend access of certain store if they fulfilled certain extension requirements within an agreed period of time (usually two months).
The extension requirement usually involves certain activities which benefit the store and our platform such as the invitation of the new store to join our platform and invitation of your customer to become a VIP member of your store. It can also involve posting of marketing material tailored to your store front or promotion in your store front. These requirements will be revised from time to time and distributed to free trial account users through email.
Our free trial extension review team is authority that grants or denies an extension. Partially fulfil the requirements might also be granted an extension. In some special case, store which completely fulfils the requirements might also be denied of a request for extension. The free trial extension review team can also terminate an account before the expiration date without prior notice. Reason for extension request denial or termination will only be released to the store in a case by case basis.
N.B.: Suitable for store that wishes to minimize marketing related financial investment and do not need the online payment feature
Certain Store that forms a special partnership with us can enjoy Perpetual Free "Premium Subscription" plan. This will mean that they can use the platform similar to Premium Subscription level without paying an on-going subscription fee. Only downside for this type of subscription is that they cannot enjoy the benefit of Premium plus subscription. Their account can also be revoked if they failed to comply with our Business Conduct Guidelines and Renewal Requirements.
We only provide office hour phone support and the primary language we use will be English. If volume of inbound call is high, email enquiry might have even better support turnaround time. The phone support employee will log dispute and technical problems and resolve usage issues associated with the platform.
The final set of free renewal requirements will adjust from time to time. That being said, we will work together with selected merchant partner to make these requirements more beneficial to both the store and the overall store community in general. Upon request and review by our staff, you will be granted the renewal even if you only partially meet multiple requirements:

It is an online service that interact with our users through different channels including but not limited to Web Browser interace in different type of computing devices. Email, SMS message, Realtime Device Platform Notifications. 6 Degree Design Workshop Limited is registered business in Hong Kong and will deliver content to any Internet user around the work.
